Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of UNstuck ("UNstuck", "we", "us", "our"), a service provided by SSA Services Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, available at unstuck-app.com and related applications (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SSA Services Group Ltd is based in England, United Kingdom. You confirm that you are at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

UNstuck is a productivity tool designed to help users overcome analysis paralysis through a structured workflow: brain dump, prioritise, set deadlines, break down sub-tasks, and focus on a single action. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@unstuck-app.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

UNstuck offers paid subscription plans at £4.99 per month or £39.99 per year. All payments are processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. For payment, billing, tax and renewal mechanics please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to UNstuck Pro features. No payment details are required to start the trial, and no charge is made during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will revert to UNstuck Lite (free tier) unless you upgrade to a paid plan.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Upload malware, attempt to probe, scan, or compromise the Service;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) without our written consent;
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

All software, design, branding, and content of UNstuck are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes within your subscribed plan. You retain ownership of the task content you create; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations. You may close your account at any time from settings or by emailing hello@unstuck-app.com. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNstuck disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
